All merchandise purchased at Junior Golf Deals may be returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of purchase provided that the goods are returned in a saleable brand new condition and in the original packaging.
Some items may incur a restocking charge; we will make you aware if applicable before you return the goods.
Our warehouse will not accept nonbooked in returns, all returned items must have a valid return reference which we will provide you with. Please complete the Returns form to email your return request.
The customer will be responsible for all postage costs incurred returning the goods.
However If the goods are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. We will replace the goods free of charge including postage, or give a full refund.
We are confident that you will enjoy your shopping experience with us; in the unlikely event that our service falls short we will endeavor to resolve any issue within 7 days of being made aware of it.

Please remember to include with the returned item a copy of your receipt, your name, address and daytime telephone number, please also ensure our return reference number is clearly marked on the package. Any item returned will remain your responsibility until the goods reach our warehouse, please ensure you have a proof of postage and that your chosen method of delivery requires a signature.
An order may be cancelled without reason 7 days after receipt of the order. Payment for the goods will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The returned goods must be returned in orginal packaging and be in a resale able unused condition.
