Answer: Junior Golf Deals are purely an online business and all orders are placed via our website. You browse through the product listings selecting items to purchase by simply adding them to your basket. Your basket can be edited at any time, once you are happy with your selection you can proceed to our checkout area where your order can be completed

Answer: You will receive an automatic order confirmation via the email address you supplied this will confirm your unique order reference, your delivery details, your payment method and the items you have ordered. Please keep a copy of this as it will be useful should you need to contact us regarding your order.

Question: Can I place an order from overseas?
Answer: Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK or Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).

Question: How much is delivery?
Answer: The Delivery costs are based on a number of factors – How much the item weighs and how quickly the item is required. All delivery charges will be itemised on your order (there are no hidden costs)

We can however offer an additional special delivery service, this is a premium next day or same day delivery that can be timed, this is outside of our normal service, requests must be made to our customer service department who will be happy to discuss costs with you.
